Cut out fifteen hearts from construction paper. You can use the heart shape on the FREE PDF.

On each heart write what love is from 1 Corinthians 13:4 – 8.

Cut out a cross that measures 3 3/4 by 1/2 inches. The arms are 3 1/2 by 1/2 inches. Write 1 Corinthians 13 on the arm piece. You will want the “o” in the center. Write L above the o. Write v, e below, so you can spell love.

Glue the bottom point of the heart to the rim of the paper plate. Fourteen hearts will fit around the rim. They will overlap some.

Glue the cross to the center of the paper plate. Glue the last heart above the cross.

Print the man with a heart on the FREE PDF. Fold the piece of paper in half. Cut the man and heart out. But do not cut on the fold.

Write “Love one another.” on the heart. Or you could write another a verse about loving your neighbors.

Fold a piece of pink paper in half. Place the heart on the fold. Draw around the heart so that it is slightly bigger than the heart on the PDF.

Cut the heart out.

Make another heart with red paper and put it behind the pink one. Glue to the white heart.

Print the FREE PDF of the map of the world.(page 2)Color the continents green and the ocean blue. Cut the shape out.

Fold a piece of white paper in half. Glue the world on the outside, so that it opens like a card or book.

Fold a piece of red construction paper. On the fold draw half of a heart and cross.

Cut a red heart from construction paper. While the paper is still folded, cut half of a cross out of the center.

Glue the heart over the world.

Write “God so loved the whole world that He gave His only begotten Son. John 3:16” on the paper.

Fold the 12-inch pipe cleaner in half. Twist the 6-inch pipe cleaner at the fold.

Add six pony beads to the center pipe cleaner. Thread ten beads on each side of the 12-inch pipe cleaner.

Thread the ends of the longer pipe cleaner through two of the beads in the center. Pull so that you have a heart shape.

To make the arms of the cross, thread two beads on each side. Count down four beads from the top and twist the excess pipe cleaner around the side of the heart.

Thread through the two beads on the cross's arm. Twist the ends together and cut off any excess.

Make a circle with the top piece of pipe cleaner, push the end through the beads. Twist the top to make a loop.

Pinch the paper plate in half and make a mark at the top and bottom. Pinch the other way and make a mark on the left and right. Use the marks to help space the numbers on the clock.

Cut a 6-inch square from red paper. Fold in half and cut a heart shape. Also cut two 1 inch squares.

On the bottom of the large heart write, “Proverbs 17:17”. Glue to the center of the paper plate.

Cut a 1 by 9 inch rectangle from pink paper. Glue a small heart to each end. From each end, measure 3 3/4 inches and make a line with a pencil. You should have a 2-inch space in the center. Near the heart on the left side, write, “A friend loves”. Leave about a 2-inch space and write, “at all times”. Cut the rectangle in half.

Lap the two ends of the pink rectangles, place in the center of the large red heart. Make a small hole through all layers for the brad.

Cut a 1 1/2 by 3 inch rectangle from black paper.

Also, cut several 2-inch squares from colored paper.Fold each square in half and cut a heart shape.

With a white pencil on the black rectangle, draw the top of a question mark. Cut the shape out. It needs to by at least 1/4 inches wide.

Glue to the center of the white paper. With a hole punch, make a dot. Glue below the top of the question mark. At the top of the paper write “I can show love by”.

On the hearts write one way to show love. You can use 1 Corinthians 13 for examples, or ask your students what they want to write on the heart.
Glue the heart on the white paper.

Cut a 7 by 6 1/2 inch rectangle from red paper. Fold the paper in half. From the bottom, draw a straight line 1 1/2 inches long and 2 inches from the fold. At the top of the line, draw a curved line.

Unfold, you will have something that looks like a hot air balloon.

Also, from red constitution paper, cut a 4 by 2 inch rectangle for the basket.

Cut two 2 inch squares from pink paper. Fold the paper in half and cut out half of a heart shape.

On one of the pink hearts write “God”. On the other one, write “neighbor”. You will need to write small so that the words fit. On the basket write “Matthew 22:37-39”. On the balloon write “love”.

Cut two pieces of red yarn approximately 6 inches long.

Glue the yarn to the bottom of the balloon. Add more glue and glue to the top of the white paper.

Glue the balloon to the top of the white paper.
Glue the bottom of the pink hearts to the basket.
Then glue the basket to the white paper over the red yarn.
